Subscription cancellations can only be initated by institute by calling Class Matrix Support person assigned to institute account. Cancellation charges will be subjected to 1. The days system was in use by Institute. 2. GST Amount deduction 3. Additional cancellation charges. Refund will be prorated based on number of days remaining and will be reverted back in 7 Working days.
